What You'll Do
The Director, Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer serves as a strategic advisor and operational leader responsible for helping drive the execution of SharkNinja's highest priority Operations initiatives.
Partnering closely with the COO and Operations Leadership Team, you'll help translate strategy into execution, establish operating rhythms, improve cross functional alignment, and ensure our most important initiatives are delivered with speed, discipline, and measurable business impact.
This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex business problems, and excels at bringing people together around a common objective.
Strategic Leadership
  • Partner with the COO to translate strategic priorities into integrated execution plans with measurable business outcomes.
  • Support execution of SharkNinja's highest priority initiatives across the Operations organization.
  • Coordinate executive priorities, leadership decisions, and follow through across the Operations Leadership Team.
  • Prepare executive presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, strategic planning sessions, and Board materials.

Drive Growth & Execution
  • Lead cross functional initiatives that enable business growth, operational scalability, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner on initiatives supporting geographic expansion, operational readiness, supply chain scalability, and new product launches.
  • Build strong partnerships across Operations, Commercial, Finance, Product Development, Information Technology, and People & Culture to align priorities and execution.
  • Identify execution risks early, remove barriers, and accelerate decision making.

Program Governance & Operational Excellence
  • Develop governance processes, integrated project plans, executive dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor progress against strategic objectives and recommend course corrections when needed.
  • Drive accountability through disciplined operating reviews and executive reporting.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that simplify execution, improve productivity, and strengthen operational performance.

Transformation & Operating Model
  • Help develop scalable operating models, playbooks, and best practices that enable SharkNinja to launch new products, enter new markets, and support future growth.
  • Partner with leaders to improve organizational effectiveness, strengthen cross functional collaboration, and enhance execution.
  • Support productivity initiatives, including automation and AI enabled ways of working.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 8-12 years of experience in management consulting, operations strategy, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, transformation, program management, or a Chief of Staff role.
  • Experience supporting senior executives and leading complex cross functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and operational business acumen.
  • Outstanding executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to influence across organizations without direct authority.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience operating successfully in a fast paced, high growth environment.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Pay Range
$187,200-$210,000 USD
