Overview:

The Chief of Staff to the CRO is a strategic partner to the GTM organization, driving alignment, focus, and execution across Sales, Customer Success, and the broader revenue team. They manage key rhythms of the business, including planning, communications, and leadership meetings. With a strong grasp of the business and key metrics, they help the CRO clearly communicate priorities and strategy, while also preparing executive-level presentations. In addition, the Chief of Staff leads or supports cross-functional initiatives enabling operational excellence and ensuring the rhythm of the business runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, excellent communicator and able thrive in complex, fast-changing environments.

What you will do:

  • Plan and coordinate the operating cadence of the Office of the CRO, including leadership meetings, all-hands, business reviews, and sales kickoff.
  • Support preparation of Board reporting on a quarterly and ad-hoc basis, as well as internal executive updates.
  • Manage and drive cross-functional strategic initiatives—ensuring timely execution, accountability, and results.
  • Partner with Finance and Rev Ops to support go-to-market planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Use business knowledge and metrics to build reporting, identify performance trends, and highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Track follow-through on key action items and priorities across the CRO organization.
  • Develop and manage a communications strategy to support internal and external messaging for the CRO.
  • Other duties as needed.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 6–10 years of experience in roles such as Strategy, Revenue/Sales Operations, or Chief of Staff—ideally for an enterprise software company.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software and cloud business models, including ARR, consumption models, expansion, and churn.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform decisions (Excel, Salesforce, Clari, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • A relationship-builder who earns trust across functions and levels, and can influence without authority.
