About EliseAI
EliseAI develops cutting-edge conversational AI technology for industries fundamental to our lives: housing and healthcare. Everything is built on the foundation of health and home. Broken systems or ineffective processes in these domains have a disproportionate impact on our quality of life and society’s overall wellbeing. Conversely, any solution or technology that solves problems in these areas will have an impact that ripples far beyond them.
That’s the only kind of impact we are interested in having at EliseAI. If you get excited by the thought of working really hard on these kinds of problems, then EliseAI is the right place for you.
About The Role
EliseAI is entering its next phase of growth—and we’re looking for an operationally minded Chief Revenue Officer to help us get there. We’ve seen strong, consistent revenue performance and are now focused on scaling our go-to-market engine, sharpening our strategy, and unlocking the next level of business growth.
As CRO, you’ll be responsible for the full revenue lifecycle for our real estate business —from defining the strategy to driving execution across sales. You’ll bring a deep understanding of how to scale GTM operations in a high-growth environment, especially in industry-specific markets. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role, working closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Ops to align on company-wide priorities and vision—all in service of our mission to make housing more accessible and affordable for everyone.
Key Responsibilities
Own the real estate bookings number across new business and expansion
Work closely with the C-suite and senior sales leaders on overall sales strategy and planning; org design, geographic expansion, headcount planning, forecasting, budgeting, etc.
Build scalable, repeatable motions across the entire customer lifecycle (e.g. prospecting, piloting, cross-selling, etc.)
Spearhead experiments such as new pricing, positioning, segments, etc.
Partner closely with Rev Ops and Sales Enablement on re-architecting sales processes with new AI tools (e.g. Clay, Attention, Glean, etc.)
Collaborate with Product, Eng, and Ops to align with the product roadmap and market feedback
Act as exec sponsor for top strategic customers (e.g., Greystar) — joint business reviews, legal, campaign oversight, and stakeholder alignment
Intervene directly on churn‑save motions for large customers
Drive the sales operating cadence: Monday metrics review, weekly Sales All‑Hands, quarterly forecast roll‑ups, board‑level revenue reporting, etc.
Attract, inspire, and retain top-tier revenue leaders and high-performing sales talent
Requirements
Background in operations or strategy with a successful transition into sales or broader revenue ownership preferred
Proven track record of building GTM operations from the ground up while driving significant revenue growth, ideally helping a hyper-growth start-up reach $200M+ in ARR
Experience leading complex, consultative enterprise sales involving multiple stakeholders, products, and long sales cycles
Willingness to work in person at our NYC office 4-5 days a week, or travel frequently if based outside the NYC area.
Bonus: Experience in Vertical SaaS or industry-specific markets (e.g., healthcare, construction, real estate, etc.) preferred
Why Join
Growth and impact. It’s not often that you can get in on the ground floor of a funded (unicorn!) startup that’s scaling. That means that instead of following a playbook, you’ll be writing it. Every single day you will be challenged to identify how we can scale and execute on it. You’ll learn what works when you succeed and what doesn’t when you fail. Either way, the rest of the team will be here to support you.
Benefits
In addition to the growth and impact you’ll have at EliseAI, we offer competitive salaries along with the following benefits:
Equity in the company in the form of stock options
Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100%
Fully paid parental leave
Commuter benefits
401k benefits
Monthly fitness stipend
A collaborative in-office environment with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and company-paid lunch
Fun company social events through our Elise and the City program
Unlimited vacation and paid holidays
We'll cover relocation packages and make the move exciting, not painful!
Job Compensation Range
The base salary range for this role is $275,000 - $400,000. This range is exclusive of any commission and/or bonus, equity, or other components of total compensation. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
