And drive impact by shaping market perception, product value communication, and large-scale go-to-market campaigns that support business growth and long-term customer loyalty.
What business goals you'll have for the first 6 months:
- Build marketing with a focus on deep customer understanding: customer insights → product decisions → marketing activities. Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty to ensure users stay with MacPaw for the long run.
- Play a major role in shaping product strategy: what we build and how we sell will depend on marketing insights.
- Deliver a Go-to-Market strategy for the ecosystem launch. Lead an ecosystem-wide rebranding of the business.
- Take full ownership of all marketing processes: audit, optimize, improve.
- Explore and launch new growth channels: from content marketing to building a strong community around our products.

In this role, you will:
- Own and lead MacPaw's overall marketing and customer experience strategy. As a core member of the ET, the CMO provides leadership across brand, product marketing, customer experience, and communications - ensuring strategic alignment with company values, business goals, and market opportunities.

Ensure product launches are strategically positioned for market impact, adoption, and growth. Collaborate closely with the CRO and CPO to ensure alignment of product value with business performance.
- Drive end-to-end customer experience. Define and manage the customer journey from brand discovery to product use and long-term engagement. Shape experience across marketing, product interfaces, communications, and support interactions to deliver emotional connection and satisfaction.
- Own and manage all marketing channels and operations. Ensure consistent messaging and customer experience across all touchpoints: SEO, content, PPC, email, affiliate, social, influencer. Maintain operational ownership of campaigns, in close coordination with the CRO for performance and scalability.
- Design and launch integrated, high-impact marketing campaigns. Lead bold, creative, cross-functional marketing initiatives that support major product launches, customer acquisition, and brand positioning. Ensure campaign storytelling is aligned with strategic priorities and delivers measurable results.
- Identify and develop new communication channels. Explore, test, and scale new customer engagement and distribution channels. Partner with CRO to determine scalability potential and integration with broader GTM efforts.
- Own customer and market insights. Continuously capture and synthesize customer feedback, behavioral data, competitive trends, and market research to inform marketing, product, and growth strategies.
- Collaborate on go-to-market (GTM) strategy and readiness. Work closely with CRO and CPO to align on GTM frameworks, timing, messaging, and launch experience. Ensure strategic coordination of launch assets, campaigns, and customer-facing materials.
- Support retention and lifetime value. Contribute to retention and LTV through messaging, customer journey optimization, education, and lifecycle communications that strengthen emotional connection and reinforce value.
- Champion seamless brand and experience consistency. Ensure brand identity, voice, and emotional tone are consistently represented across all internal and external communication, marketing assets, and product experiences.
- Lead and build high-performing marketing teams. Develop, scale, and support teams in Product Marketing, Brand, Creative, Communications, Community, and Campaign operations. Drive alignment, collaboration, and capability growth across the marketing function.
Skills you'll need to bring:
- Proven experience as a senior marketing leader (e.g., CMO, Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, VP Marketing) in a fast-growing technology-driven company.
- Experience in multi-product businesses or product ecosystems.
- Hands-on expertise with both B2C and B2B products.
- Innovative product mindset with the ability to think beyond traditional marketing.
