Description:

ADI’s WW Distribution Asset Management team is seeking a passionate, process driven Channel Operations Analyst who will be responsible for building strong relationships with our distribution partners’ asset management teams with the goal of collaboratively right-sizing the channel ordering and channel inventory profiles. This function serves many shareholders, both internal and external.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Spearhead our worldwide channel asset management strategy by working on cross-functional teams that include ADI sales operations, ADI manufacturing and Distribution Asset Management Team.
  • Identify incoming distribution orders that do not fit the ADI expected distributor ordering profile.
  • Manage a process to work collaboratively with channel partners to right-size orders that fall outside of the distributor’s expected ordering profile.
  • Understand and analyze distribution end customer backlog, inventory, POS, and ordering trends.
  • Subject matter expert for their channel partners on any cross functional projects that impact distribution assets. This includes data analysis, policy and procedural changes as well as system changes.
  • Documentation of processes and projects are key.  Proficient in creating diagrams such as activity diagram, flow diagram, business presentations.
  • Strong understanding of the region you are responsible for. Create summaries of how the region is performing and driving key points for improvement.
  • Work with teams within ADI to understand the channel requirements and communicate the requirements effectively to the channel partners.
  • Manage many tactical and strategic programs that lead to process improvements that allow ADI to better communicate and more efficiently manage distribution ordering and inventory.
  • Create procedures, through data analysis, that lead to process improvements and cost savings.
  • Work globally and cross functionally both inside and outside of ADI.
  • Support cross functional teams with assets related data and analytics.
  • Addressing on-going challenges of our global partners.

Qualifications of ADI’s Business Assets Analysts:

  • BS/BA required.
  • Highly detail oriented and, solutions driven with excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytics skills.
  • Knowledge of Qlikview programing and other business intelligence tools preferred.
  • Distribution experience preferred.
  • Use and understanding of Project Management software such as JIRA a plus.
