General Summary of Position:

The Channel Client Development Manager role focuses on strategic account management and revenue growth through upselling to existing and new clients, as well as agents.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:


Upselling & Revenue Growth: This is a quota-carrying role focused on upselling Granite’s products to existing clients.

Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of customer accounts, offering tailored support and solutions.

Quarterly Reviews: Conduct detailed quarterly account reviews to assess satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.

Executive Engagement: Build relationships with client executives to align Granite’s offerings with their strategic goals.

Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of Granite’s product suite to recommend optimal solutions.

Client Communication: Maintain proactive and consistent communication to foster trust and identify evolving needs.

Strategic Planning: Create account plans to manage growth, upsell opportunities, and strengthen client relationships.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

1–2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client relationship roles.

Proven ability to build executive-level relationships.

Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills.

Experience with CRM tools Salesforce, Microsoft Office.

Travel.
