About the Role
The Channel Account Manager role at NinjaOne is responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives through our channel partners. NinjaOne CAM's spend their time identifying and engaging with interested partner prospects, onboarding partners and activating them through sales enablement, technical training and joint marketing activities. This a strategic role which will contribute significantly to the success of NinjaOne. You will be responsible for prospecting, onboarding and maintaining relationships with our channel partners and helping NinjaOne move upstream to the large midmarket/enterprise space.

What You'll be Doing
- Identify, qualify, and onboard prospective partners
- Help create and operationalize a channel sales motion alongside NinjaRMM Account Executives to achieve business goals and quota.
- Articulate the value of NinjaOne's Partner Program and demo the product to stakeholders
- Own a regional plan and forecast for your territory
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to complete objectives
- Other duties as needed
About You
- 3-5 years' experience working with Channel Partners, Value Added Resellers, Distributors or Managed Service Providers
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills to craft solutions that are beneficial NinjaOne and our partners
- Ability to pro-actively and independently identify and qualify opportunities; an entrepreneurial mindset is key
- Polished verbal and written communication skills. Ability to ask the right questions and tell great stories and have empathy with the client or partners' challenge
- Skilled in developing Partner/Territory business plans, building a partner/territory strategy, and the ability to measure success against key performance indicators and overall return on investment
- Proven experience influencing senior level partner executives and/or partner principles
