What You'll Do
- Support vendor onboarding, product setup, assortment updates, category reporting, and promotional execution
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for vendors by resolving questions and coordinating solutions with internal partners ensuring an exceptional vendor experience.
- Own vendor issues and escalations by tracking progress and ensuring prompt resolution
- Partner with Merchandising Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Catalog, and Legal to move work forward and solve operational challenges
- Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and reporting to keep projects organized and stakeholders informed
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce recurring issues, and enhance the vendor experience
- Build expertise in your category or focus area while developing an understanding of retail strategy, vendor partnerships, operational processes, and customer experience
- Contribute to our organization's goals through dependable processes and SLA management
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience, or relevant internships, in eCommerce, retail, merchandising, category management, operations, analytics, marketing, finance, or account management is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organization and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple deliverables and workstreams
- A collaborative mindset and confidence working with cross-functional teams and external partners, including a curiosity to learn how the business works
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, ask good questions, and recommend practical improvements (Excel, SQL is a plus)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high standard for accuracy
