This is a position in the Cash COE for Gas Power leading Standard Work & Process Improvement. More specifically the Standard Work/Process Improvement Leader is responsible for driving consistent reporting, analytics, & artifacts to enable efficient operational outcomes of billing, collections, past dues, POT %, & disbursements. The Standard Work/Process Improvement Leader will partner across the Cash COE & in conjunction with senior operating leaders to produce, maintain, & enhance daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly datasets & visuals for action. This is a senior level professional position requiring subject matter knowledge and experience, independent in problem solving and decision making. Job Description
What you’ll do
Drive standard work for Billing, Collections, Past Dues, POT %, disbursements to enable effective daily management from an FP&A standpoint (standardize the support to the Operating teams).
Provides data driven, provocative analytics to challenge pacing, estimates and targets with operational drivers
Continuous improvement mindset to driven incremental improvements & efficiencies in reporting
Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. Guide others to consider a different point of view.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline
- Significant experience of finance, accounting, or audit
- Fluent English knowledge is essential
- Good track record of working in cross-functional team and ability to deliver financial results
- Solid communication and analysis skills; change agent

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a 10% performance bonus.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
