This is a position in the Cash COE for Gas Power leading Standard Work & Process Improvement. More specifically the Standard Work/Process Improvement Leader is responsible for driving consistent reporting, analytics, & artifacts to enable efficient operational outcomes of billing, collections, past dues, POT %, & disbursements. The Standard Work/Process Improvement Leader will partner across the Cash COE & in conjunction with senior operating leaders to produce, maintain, & enhance daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly datasets & visuals for action. What you’ll do
Drive standard work for Billing, Collections, Past Dues, POT %, disbursements to enable effective daily management from an FP&A standpoint (standardize the support to the Operating teams).
Provides data driven, provocative analytics to challenge pacing, estimates and targets with operational drivers
Continuous improvement mindset to driven incremental improvements & efficiencies in reporting
Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. Guide others to consider a different point of view.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline
- Significant experience of finance, accounting, or audit
- Fluent English knowledge is essential
- Good track record of working in cross-functional team and ability to deliver financial results
- Solid communication and analysis skills; change agent

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a 10% performance bonus.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
