Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, product management, capability management, or related disciplines
- 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving reporting, analytics, or data governance
- Proven experience defining business requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Demonstrated knowledge of KPI development, reporting governance, metric standardization, and data quality practices
- Proven communication, presentation, facilitation, and executive engagement skills
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within healthcare, health plans, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, financial services, fintech, benefits administration, payments, or healthcare technology organizations
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Azure Data Platform, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar analytics technologies
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and product delivery frameworks
