This individual will be expected to leverage AI tools such as Claude and other emerging technologies to streamline planning, accelerate execution, improve collaboration, and scale campaigns to increase testing velocity, develop repeatable frameworks, and enable teams to move faster and operate more efficiently.

  • Track campaign readiness, execution status, and performance while ensuring alignment to pipeline and go-to-market goals.
 Field & Regional Marketing Enablement
  • Develop campaign-in-a-box toolkits, playbooks, templates, and enablement resources that help regional teams execute campaigns consistently.
  • Partner with Campaign Managers and Field Marketing to create scalable regional activation plans while allowing for local customization.
  • Lead campaign enablement and training sessions and drive adoption of campaigns across regions.
AI & Operational Excellence
  • Act as the AI champion for Integrated Marketing, identifying opportunities to apply AI across planning, execution, reporting, localization, and field enablement workflows.
  • Build and maintain a library of prompts, workflows, templates, and AI playbooks that can be leveraged across Campaign, Field, and Functional Marketing teams.
  • Develop AI-powered campaign planning frameworks that accelerate campaign creation, reduce time-to-launch, and improve execution consistency.
  • Enable regional and field marketing teams to use AI to personalize campaigns, adapt messaging for local markets, and scale execution with limited resources.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage completion of campaign scorecards, QBRs, and executive updates, - using AI to automate reporting where applicable
  • Work with functional teams to gather channel-level campaign results

  • Strong understanding of B2B demand generation and integrated campaign execution.
  • Proven success managing complex cross-functional initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Experience developing campaign playbooks, enablement programs, or field marketing resources.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
