We are looking for a Business Value Engineer/Consultant to join our amazing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the company who invented and pioneered the revolution of SASE.

We are seeking a highly strategic and solutions-focused Business Value Engineer to join our team. This role is critical in transforming sales engagements from a technology-centric focus to executive-level value propositions. You will help customers and prospects quantify the financial and operational impact of our solutions, demonstrating clear return on investment (ROI) and business value. You will work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to craft compelling, customized business cases and drive executive buy-in for our solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales teams to develop and present tailored business cases and value assessments for customers and prospects.
  • Create financial models, including ROI, total cost of ownership (TCO), and business impact analyses to showcase technology as a strategic investment.
  • Engage with executive stakeholders to align technology solutions with revenue growth, cost reduction, cash flow optimization, asset utilization, and risk mitigation.
  • Develop high-impact presentations and reports that articulate quantitative and qualitative business value.
  • Train sales teams to "think like a CxO" with an executive ROI mindset to drive larger contracts and higher margins while shortening sales cycles.
  • Integrate insights from engineering, business intelligence, and marketing to build a competitive advantage in value-based selling.
  • Support post-sales initiatives to ensure customers achieve the projected value and success outlined in business cases.
  • Conduct training and enablement sessions for sales teams on value selling methodologies and tools.

Required skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in business value consulting, financial analysis, management consulting, or a similar strategic role. Team leader is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, ROI analysis, and business case development.
  • Experience with products or cloud services sold to Enterprise IT
  • Experience engaging with senior executives and stakeholders to influence decision-making.
  • Proven ability to develop and present customized, quantified outcome analyses and executive-level presentations.
  • Experience working with Value selling tools like MediaFly, DecisionLinks, other.
  • Award-winning track record in business value sales enablement, executive relevance selling, or similar approaches.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Charismatic, confident, proactive, opinionated, and devoted.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or matched hands-on work experience.
