We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Support Analyst to manage operational data, work requests, ticket tracking, and reporting.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis
- Strong data validation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing tickets/work requests using Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps
- Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Basic SQL knowledge preferred
- Experience with SOP/process documentation and operational reporting preferred
