The hiring range for this role is:
$103,676.95 - $159,759.88This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate’s position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

Job Overview:
This role is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of strategic programs and network initiatives. This role involves managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the successful execution of program deliverables, and driving continuous improvement in network operations. The manager will work closely with various teams to align program objectives with organizational goals and market needs.
Essential Functions
- Manage relationships with Plans and vendors, including performance assessments, contract negotiations, and issue resolution. Ensure adherence to financial and operational standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for program and network initiatives. Identify emerging business requirements and formulate strategies to address them.
- Oversee the operational performance of programs and networks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business requirements and objectives.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to secure support and approvals for program initiatives. Provide regular updates and facilitate effective communication.
Education
- Required Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field; or equivalent work experience
- Experience
- Minimum five years of experience in program management or network operations.
Experience with Plan and vendor management, including contract negotiations. Experience managing projects and vendors - 5+ Years experience in program management or network operations Required
- Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Working knowledge of the health insurance industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Effective public speaking and presentation skills.
Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to negotiate solutions to problems independently.
Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
