Gather and document business and functional requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, support Agile product backlog and sprint activities, conduct stakeholder elicitation and process/gap/impact analyses, coordinate UAT and QA, track product performance and recommend enhancements, and produce BRDs/FRDs and process flows.

- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog in Agile environments.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.

- Work closely with UX/UI designers to define user journeys and product enhancements.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and release planning.
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis.
- Track product performance and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and business metrics.
- Coordinate with QA teams during testing and validate delivered solutions.
- Prepare business documentation, process flows, BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in software development environments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional requirements.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 154,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
