What You'll Do:
- Leverage advanced analytics techniques (customer journey analysis, feature importance, causal inference, forecasting, sentiment analysis, anomaly detection) -to uncover actionable insights into customer behavior.
- Lead the development of scalable metric pipelines (ETL), enforce rigorous data quality standards, and create clear, compelling visualizations that communicate stories to stakeholders.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests for high-impact product initiatives, translating results into strategic product recommendations.
- Define and own key success metrics for your product area, continuously monitoring trends, diagnosing performance shifts, and driving decisions making.
- Proactively identify and size opportunities to enhance the customer experience, influencing product direction and cross-functional priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science) or related experience.
- 3+ years of experience of data warehouse technical architecture, infrastructure, and ETL.
- 3+ years of experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, Plotly etc...
- 3+ years of experience with data modeling in Big Data environments (EMR, Snowflake, DataBricks, Google Cloud etc...).
- 3+ years of experience with A/B testing and/or causal inference methodologies, preferably within e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of statistics and advanced analytical techniques
- Advanced object-oriented programing in Python.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL (complex querying and optimization).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with using LLMs and AI Agents to automate data and analytical workflows.
