As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Zeelo, you’ll be at the engine of our US growth. You won’t just be "cold calling"—you’ll be helping build the foundation for our sales success and shaping how we scale in a brand-new market.
This is more than an entry-level sales role—it’s a launchpad. You’ll learn directly from experienced Account Executives, gain exposure to enterprise clients, and have a clear path to grow your career with a company that’s changing the way the world commutes.
What you’ll do:
- Drive pipeline growth by making smart, targeted outbound approaches via phone, email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Qualify inbound leads through consultative conversations and book meetings for our Account Executives
- Utilize the latest Sales Enablement tools and research techniques to identify and engage key decision-makers within target enterprise accounts.
- Maintain an accurate and "sharp" CRM (HubSpot) to track engagement and optimize your sales funnel
- Partner with Marketing to refine account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and provide feedback to Product teams based on market insights.

Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000 base, OTE $70,000-$80,000 with commissions (uncapped)
