Description

About the Company

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, traces, and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, and more, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spending by up to 70%.

The Role

As an SDR at Coralogix, you won't just be making calls; you will be an expert in the Modern Observability Stack. You will engage with highly technical prospects to discuss challenges around logging, metrics, tracing, and security. This is a strategic sales role that requires a blend of persistence, business acumen, and technical curiosity.

Hybrid Model: 3 days a week from our Boston office. We are based in a Modern office in the Financial District, fostering a culture of mentorship and face-to-face collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Development: Generate high-quality sales opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting into Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts across the US.
  • Observability Subject Matter Expert: Develop a deep understanding of the Observability landscape (Logs, Metrics, Traces) to engage in meaningful discovery calls with DevOps and Engineering leaders.
  • Strategic Outreach: Craft highly personalized, value-based messaging that speaks to the specific pain points of modern cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Microservices).
  • AE Partnership: Collaborate daily with Account Executives to build and execute territory plans, account mapping, and multi-threaded outreach.
  • Full Stack Prospecting (Tools): Master the use of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and AI Tools like Claude, Gemini, GPT, etc. to optimize your sales funnel.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on competitors and articulate Coralogix's unique competitive advantages.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in Observability, Monitoring, or Cloud Infrastructure is a massive plus.
  • The "Boston Hustle": We value the energy and professional drive of the Boston tech community. You should be a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts like OpenTelemetry, Log Aggregation and Kubernetes Monitoring.
  • Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills with the ability to navigate complex organizations and reach C-level or VP-level stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Bonus Points

  • Prior BDR/SDR experience
  • Direct experience selling to DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering personas.
  • Familiarity with open-source projects like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
  • A track record of being in the top 10% of your peer group in previous roles.

Compensation and Rewards

  • Competitive Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure with accelerators.
  • The on-target earnings range for this role is $70,000-$95,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
  • Our total compensation package includes comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for healthcare, dental, and mental health benefits, a 401(k) plan and match, paid sick time and paid time off.

Cultural Fit

We’re seeking candidates who are hungry, humble, and smart. Coralogix fosters a culture of innovation and continuous learning, where team members are encouraged to challenge the status quo and contribute to our shared mission. If you thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to shape the future of observability solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

Coralogix is an equal-opportunity employer and encourages applicants from all backgrounds to apply.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
