Bitwise Alchemy is a consulting studio that solves the tough problems for AAA game studios and other tech companies. Our growing team has decades of experience in AAA video game development building and leading large projects and our clientele includes some of the biggest AAA publishers in the gaming industry and the biggest tech companies in the world.
We are looking for a driven and seasoned Business Development Manager to become a key player in our team. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, you will spearhead the identification and execution of business opportunities, leading contract negotiations from initial discussions to final agreements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary Business Development contact between Bitwise Alchemy and its current and prospective clients.
  • Explore new market opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth for Bitwise Alchemy.
  • Lead negotiations to finalize partnership agreements, ensuring outcomes that are beneficial to all parties. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the successful execution of each partnership.
  • Perform in-depth analyses to evaluate partnership outcomes, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights.
  • Maintain detailed partnership records, including negotiation details, activities, agreements, policies, contracts, and postmortems.
  • Provide regular, comprehensive updates to executive management to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
  • Excellent networking skills.
  • Extensive knowledge and passion for the gaming industry, including familiarity with various game genres, platforms, and emerging trends.
  • Proven experience in relationship management, addressing complex challenges, and executing impactful deals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of effectively engaging diverse audiences.
