Business Development Manager

As a fast-growing company striving to make a difference every day, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join us as we expand the availability of our AI-based machine vision system.

This individual will be responsible for developing strategic accounts, managing complex technical sales cycles, and translating customer requirements into actionable AI vision and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of machine vision systems, robotics integration, and factory automation environments, combined with a consultative approach to selling high-value technology solutions. Working closely with the CRO and the broader Commercial and Product Teams, this role will play a critical part in scaling Oxipital AI’s market presence and enabling manufacturers to achieve new levels of precision, efficiency, and intelligence in production

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively develop and expand sales results by executing a focused, data-driven commercial strategy that accelerates adoption of Oxipital AI’s Visual AI and Robot Vision-Guided Automation solutions across global manufacturing sectors.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan aligned with company growth objectives, ensuring consistent execution and achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Drive new business development by identifying, qualifying, and closing high-impact opportunities with both existing customers and new strategic accounts.
  • Champion a “Customer First” mindset by building long-term partnerships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving recurring revenue through superior service and solution delivery.
  • Effectively communicate Oxipital AI’s value proposition through high-impact proposals, solution demonstrations, and executive-level presentations that clearly articulate ROI and production improvements.
  • Manage and support Sales Channel Partners to strengthen market coverage, improve performance, and deliver consistent growth across assigned territories.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, product, and marketing teams to align commercial initiatives, advance qualified opportunities, and ensure customer success from proposal through deployment.
  • Provide structured market intelligence and feedback to guide product development, identify emerging application opportunities, and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and operational stakeholders to build a sustainable pipeline of long-term, repeat business.
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage pipeline visibility, track opportunity progress, and deliver accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts to the CRO.
  • Represent Oxipital AI at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and reinforce the company’s leadership in Visual AI and automation.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, high-performance mindset, combining technical expertise, commercial drive, and collaboration to consistently exceed growth objectives.

 

Requirements:

  • BS in Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with Industrial Automation solutions
  • Strong understanding of Visual Automation Solution
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Presentation skills and ability to convey product and company value
  • High-level organizational skills for maintaining sales territory
  • Experience with CRM; Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 35% of the time
