Job Summary:
The focus of the Business Development Director, Wholesale ISOs is to recruit and develop new Wholesale Independent Sales Organizations (ISO) through non-self generated leads. Responsible for growing a network of prospective Wholesale ISOs to acquire new partnerships and to develop strong relationships with clients to maximize revenue.

What you’ll do:

  • Recruit and develop new Wholesale ISO sales partners via self generated leads.

  • Respond to sales partner inquiries generated by company advertising campaigns, media events, and attendance at industry conferences.

  • Understand products and services of North and affiliates and provide value based sales skills to secure additional revenue.

  • Conduct effective negotiations pertaining to schedule A, new partner contract etc. 

  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven direct merchant services sales experience recruiting Wholesale ISOs

  • Previous experience successfully managing to a revenue quota.

  • Solid understanding of merchant services industry and Wholesale ISOs 

  • Track record of growing revenue.
