About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Business Development team. With a focused mission on the mobile games market—you will be instrumental in driving the growth and adoption of Flexion Group’s patented game services among emerging and established mobile game studios.
In this role, you will take ownership of the sales lifecycle, from identifying high-potential prospects to navigating the final stages of contract signing.

You are a proactive communicator who acts as a bridge between external partners and our internal teams, ensuring that developer feedback informs our product roadmap. This is an ideal position for an ambitious professional with a solid foundation in the mobile gaming ecosystem who is ready to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced, international environment.

The position is hybrid (ideally you are based in the UK), with opportunities for international travel to represent Flexion at key industry events and visit our London HQ for team briefings.

Main Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Identify and secure new partnerships with mobile game developers and publishers.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, cold outreach, pitch presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Partner Advisory: Act as a knowledgeable advisor to prospects, helping them understand the ROI and revenue potential of Flexion’s growth services.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and active sales pipeline, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-up using our CRM tools.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure customer needs are met and new opportunities are explored.
  • Event Representation: Attend international conferences and trade fairs to build your network, generate leads, and promote the Flexion brand.
  • Customer Advocacy: Capture feedback from prospective partners to help internal teams optimize our service offerings and integration strategies.

Required Skills and Experiences

  • Industry Experience: 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or Business Development, preferably within the mobile gaming or app technology sector.
  • Sales Delivery: A proven track record of meeting sales targets and successfully building a pipeline through proactive outreach.
  • Lead Generation: Experience in cold lead generation and the ability to identify and reach key decision-makers within game studios.
  • Technical Interest: Comfortable discussing technical services, such as SDKs and APIs, and a general understanding of the mobile technology landscape.
  • Networking Ability: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish professional relationships quickly.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to pitch to both small groups and larger audiences.
  • Sales Tooling: Familiarity with CRM software (Monday.com, Salesforce, or similar) to manage lead tracking and reporting.
  • Language: Full professional proficiency in English

About You

  • Proactive Learner: You have a strong drive to learn about the mobile gaming industry and stay updated on F2P trends and Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Resourceful & Autonomous: You enjoy the freedom of a remote role and are disciplined enough to drive results without constant supervision.
  • Goal-Oriented: You are motivated by targets and enjoy the challenge of turning a cold lead into a successful partnership.
  • Collaborative Mindset: You understand that long-term success requires teamwork and are eager to involve technical and product experts at the right time.
  • Adaptable: You thrive in a high-growth environment and can stay organized while managing multiple projects and leads.
  • Academic Foundation: Educated to degree level in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in the sector.
