Role Overview
We're seeking a Business Developer with deep expertise in the creator economy to spearhead our expansion into the content creator vertical. You'll leverage your established relationships with talent agencies, creator collectives, and individual influencers to bring XBorg's revolutionary fan engagement platform to the creator ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creator-specific pricing and distribution models that align with XBorg's infrastructure
- Build and execute partnership strategies targeting top-tier gaming and lifestyle content creators
- Act as the voice of content creators internally, ensuring our product roadmap addresses their specific needs
- Represent XBorg at content creator-focused events
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years working directly with content creators, talent agencies, or creator management companies
- Established Network: Active relationships with talent agencies, creator collectives, and high-profile gaming/lifestyle influencers
- Deep understanding of creator monetization models, fan engagement strategies, and community building
- Track record of structuring and closing creator partnership deals
- Understanding of creator tools, platforms, and the broader creator economy ecosystem
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak both "creator language" and business strategy
- Familiarity with web3 and token-based economies is a plus
