- Analyze and document client People, Process, and Technology current state, challenges, and opportunities.
- Work with a project team to analyze legacy business processes and systems into modern solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document functional/technical requirements.
- Participate in solution design sessions to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected.
- Provide ongoing business analysis and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct feasibility studies and assess technical risks for current and future state solutions.
- Design and implement optimal business processes and solutions based on industry best practices
- Support development of comprehensive business roadmaps that align with strategic goals and objectives, ensuring a clear path for transformation and growth.
- Contribute to the creation of business plans, resource plans, and budget plans for various business initiatives.
- Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and deliverables, articulating solution features and benefits that satisfy customer requirements.
- Experience: 10+ years in business analysis, process improvement, solution implementation, and project management; experience working in a consulting role or within the Utilities industry.
- Technical Skills: Experience with business process modeling, requirements gathering, and familiarity with software development lifecycle, senior or expert level skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Communication: Strong oral and written communication with the ability to connect with both business and technical resources and be proficient with the facilitation of meetings. Must have the ability to clearly document and summarize meetings, interviews and workshops prioritizing important key details in project documentation.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Teamwork: Must be a self-starter with a good work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Problem-Solving: Capable of breaking down complex problems into manageable subcomponents.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as necessary to client sites, industry events, or Red Clay meetings.
