About the Role:
CrowdStrike’s Global Legal Team is seeking a Senior CLM Business Analyst to join our award-winning Legal Operations team. This role is pivotal in supporting a successful CLM strategy through automation, workflow improvement, and data-driven insights.
The successful candidate will build relationships with business stakeholders, create a center of excellence focused on business functionality, and develop a multi-year roadmap that delivers both legal and cross functional initiatives aligned to CrowdStrike strategic programs.
What You’ll Do:
Design future state vision, identify Legal initiatives and develop legal application roadmap mainly focused on the CLM process area
Lead critical major cross-functional initiatives and projects for the CLM process area including architectural decisions, system implementations, operational improvements and new product rollouts
Partner with Business Stakeholders to document business requirements for process solutions using relevant business applications
Work closely with IT and Procurement to influence a company wide CLM strategy
Refine IT’s process management framework as it relates to CLM, perform process assessments and implement process improvements
Partner with process owners to define and benchmark operational KPIs and support the delivery of KPI dashboards
Provide general CLM application support as required
Build and deliver training regarding optimal use of CLM tools and technology
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree
9+ years of relevant professional experience
Solid understanding of CLM processes
SaaS industry experience
Highly proactive and planful, with a proven track record of owning and delivering CLM application projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with senior cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to work effectively as part of a team yet function well with independent responsibilities
Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement
3+ years of professional experience in analytics, automation, or a similar technical role.
Strong project management skills, including documenting progress and maintaining clarity on timelines and goals.Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning and applying new technologies, especially in the areas of automation and AI.
Bonus Points:
Prior system implementation experience in the CLM process area
Experience leading or scaling Ironclad or similar CLM platforms
Familiarity with Salesforce or DocuSign integrations for contract workflow automation
Experience with AI-driven contract analytics and change management programs
Ability to build or interpret CLM dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Experience within a publicly traded multinational company, preferably high-growth company
