Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services. These grouped platforms enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end-to-end best practices. .

- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The Impact you will have in this role:
The Associate Director, Business Analysis, drives measurable improvements in DTCC’s Client Connectivity platform strategy, project delivery, and operational performance, delivering stronger financial results, greater client and enterprise value, and reduced risk. This individual analyzes complex business processes, identifies opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate, and translates business needs into clear, actionable requirements and target-state designs. Working across functions, the Associate Director leads root cause analysis, mobilizes teams to implement solutions, and manages the function's book of work to ensure initiatives are prioritized, aligned to strategy, and delivered with measurable impact.
- Operational Excellence, Process Transformation & Automation: Develop and maintain an end-to-end understanding of management systems and operational processes spanning multiple functions. Identify gaps in management practices and operational processes, including strategy execution, performance management, governance, data quality, client lifecycle management, and product lifecycle management. Drive improvements that strengthen operational maturity, simplify and standardize processes, and identify opportunities for automation. Develop target-state solutions and lead cross-functional initiatives that improve financial performance, client outcomes, and risk management.
- Performance Tracking & Analytics: Develop and maintain systems and processes to monitor platform strategy, project execution, and operational performance (e.g., OKRs, KPI trees), enabling fact-based, data-driven decision making
- Continuous improvement: Monitor performance results, conduct root cause analysis, identify corrective actions, and track benefit realization. Ensure improvement initiatives deliver measurable outcomes aligned with business objectives and inform future priorities and decision making.
- Business Analysis & Transformation Design. Lead discovery and requirements activities for strategic initiatives, including process analysis, business rules, data requirements, workflow design, capability definition, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and target-state designs that align with business objectives and support effective solution delivery.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive organizational change by building alignment across Product Management, Client Operations, Technology, Risk, and other stakeholders. Develop recommendations, influence priorities, challenge existing practices, and lead initiatives from concept through implementation and benefit realization.
- Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of projects and programs, ensuring robust governance, transparent reporting, effective risk management, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:

Significant experience in operational excellence, business analysis, performance management, or project/program management, with a track record of driving measurable improvements across functions.

Demonstrated experience improving and automating business processes—simplifying, standardizing, and redesigning workflows to target state, with measurable gains in efficiency, quality, or risk reduction.

Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to lead root cause analysis and translate findings into actionable solutions.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation and benefit realization, influencing priorities and challenging existing practices.

Strong requirements discipline—documenting business rules, data requirements, workflow designs, and acceptance criteria that guide effective solution delivery.

Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment across business and technical teams.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics/visualization tools is a plus.

Knowledge of B2B technology platforms, client connectivity, operational workflows, and systems integration concepts, with the ability to translate complex technical processes into business requirements.
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
