Overview
We are seeking an experienced remote Broadband Product Manager to lead the development and execution of products, systems, tools, and processes supporting high-speed internet and telecommunications infrastructure initiatives. This role requires a strong, hands-on Product Manager who can take ownership, drive initiatives forward, and successfully manage the full product lifecycle from strategy and planning through delivery. The ideal candidate will bring direct commercial broadband experience with an understanding of the planning and execution of high-speed internet and telecommunications infrastructure builds, including the financial viability and overall business value of these initiatives. This individual should be a polished and articulate leader who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full product lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap development, planning, execution, and delivery
- Drive the development and improvement of systems, tools, and processes supporting broadband initiatives
- Support the planning and execution of high-speed internet and telecommunications infrastructure builds
- Evaluate initiatives from both a financial viability and overall business value perspective
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, priorities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Translate business needs and strategic objectives into clear product requirements and actionable plans
- Partner with cross-functional business, technical, operational, and leadership teams to drive initiatives forward
- Identify risks, dependencies, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Establish structure and accountability to ensure initiatives remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives
- Develop executive-level presentations, reporting, and product updates
- Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and recommendations to senior and executive leadership
- Utilize data and business insights to support product decisions and prioritization
- Serve as a proactive product leader who can independently identify needs, solve problems, and drive execution
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of Product Management experience
- Bachelors Degree Required
- Direct experience within the broadband, high-speed internet, telecommunications, or related industry
- Commercial-side broadband experience supporting or overseeing the planning and execution of telecommunications infrastructure builds
- Demonstrated understanding of financial viability, business value, and commercial considerations associated with broadband initiatives
- Strong experience developing and managing product roadmaps, product planning, and product delivery
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project and/or Smartsheet
- Proficiency with Excel, Jira, and PowerPoint
- Experience developing executive-level presentations and reporting
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation
For individuals assigned or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates are required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a full-time, remote, W2 Salary 6 month-consulting engagement with an expected salary range of $140,000-160,000. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
