We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager who brings a strong blend of client relationship management, project execution skills, and a proactive approach to revenue growth. This role sits at the intersection of account management and project management, supporting complex, data-driven partnerships—primarily within the healthcare ecosystem.

You will be responsible for managing key client relationships while driving the successful delivery of cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building trust with stakeholders, identifying opportunities to expand our footprint within existing accounts, and rolling up their sleeves to ensure timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are proactively managed.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, project management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets or upsell quotas.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience working with data-driven products, analytics projects, or technical teams.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward with limited oversight.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, health tech, pharma, or working with healthcare data.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.
Requirements

Account Management & Growth

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand client goals, proactively identify opportunities for growth, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead regular client communications, including status updates, business reviews, and strategic discussions.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks, addressing client concerns with urgency and professionalism.

Project Management

  • Own end-to-end delivery of client-facing projects, from kickoff through execution and final delivery.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., data, analytics, product, legal/compliance) to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Track progress, manage dependencies, and communicate status clearly to both clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with contractual requirements.

Job Benefits

  • Be part of a fast-growing startup operating at the forefront of the healthcare and data ecosystem.
  • Work in a young, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment where your ideas and impact truly matter.
  • Gain exposure to innovative, data-driven projects with leading healthcare and life sciences organizations.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing, cross-functional team in a role with strong ownership and visibility.
  • Opportunity for professional growth as the company scales and expands in the U.S. market.
