WHOOP is seeking a Brand Marketing Lead to drive high-impact marketing initiatives that bring product innovation to life, with a particular focus on health and longevity. In this role, you will translate product and brand strategy into compelling, integrated marketing campaigns that build consumer understanding, strengthen brand relevance, and drive measurable business results. You will help shape how WHOOP connects with consumers around some of the most important opportunities in health, wellness, and human performance.

As a key member of the Brand Marketing team, you will own initiatives from planning through execution, working closely with Product, Creative, Performance Marketing, Brand Media, Communications, and other cross-functional partners. You thrive in fast-paced environments, bring structure to ambiguity, and know how to turn ambitious ideas into exceptional marketing. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on operator who moves quickly, exercises strong creative judgment, and can independently drive complex initiatives while keeping teams aligned and focused on results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead product-focused brand marketing initiatives: Own the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns and marketing initiatives, with an emphasis on WHOOP health and longevity products, translating product innovation and strategic priorities into compelling consumer-facing marketing.

  • Bring product stories to life: Partner closely with Product, Creative, and other teams to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, campaign strategies, creative briefs, and activations that make complex product benefits relevant, accessible, and meaningful to consumers.

  • Drive cross-functional execution: Lead high-priority initiatives from brief through launch, coordinating across Creative, Performance Marketing, Brand Media, Growth, Communications, and other partners to establish clear priorities, manage timelines, navigate challenges, and deliver exceptional work.

  • Create clarity and momentum: Bring structure to ambiguous or evolving projects, proactively identifying challenges, driving decisions, and establishing processes that enable teams to move quickly and stay aligned without compromising quality.

  • Connect marketing activity to business results: Establish clear campaign objectives and success metrics, partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate performance, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen future marketing initiatives.

  • Elevate marketing excellence: Contribute strategic thinking, creative judgment, and consumer insights to improve the quality and effectiveness of brand marketing work, serving as a trusted partner who raises the bar for execution across teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, integrated marketing, consumer marketing, or a related field, ideally within a consumer-facing brand.

  • Demonstrated experience independently leading integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, or major marketing initiatives from strategy and planning through execution and measurement.

  • Strong understanding of consumer marketing, product positioning, and storytelling, with the ability to translate complex product features and benefits into compelling, differentiated narratives that resonate with audiences.

  • Exceptional project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proven ability to align stakeholders, drive decisions, and deliver high-quality work without direct managerial authority.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, solve problems independently, and maintain momentum in a fast-moving environment.

  • Strong creative judgment and strategic thinking, balanced with a hands-on approach and attention to detail across campaign development and execution.

  • Interest in health, wellness, longevity, or human performance is a plus, with the curiosity and consumer empathy to understand emerging trends and translate them into relevant marketing opportunities.

  • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
