The Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of commercial plans to drive Mondelēz's seasonal portfolio. You will partner cross-functionally across Sales, Insights & Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, and R&D teams to drive consumer demand, retail execution, and commercial performance.
This is a high-impact role ideal for a marketer who thrives in fast paced, commercially driven settings and has proven success translating consumer insights into profitable business results, leading through complexity, and stakeholder management.

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $167,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.

What You'll Do
Brand & Business Leadership
- Own and execute annual marketing plans for assigned seasonal businesses
- Drive revenue, share, and profit growth across key seasonal selling windows
- Lead business performance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor consumer trends, competitive activity, and seasonal category dynamics
Innovation & Product Development
- Lead seasonal innovation projects from concept through commercialization
- Partner with R&D and Supply Chain on product design, packaging, and timelines
- Manage commercialization gates, artwork approvals, and launch readiness
- Build compelling selling materials for retailers
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales to support customer presentations and line reviews
- Partner with Demand Planning and Operations to manage seasonal forecasting
- Present strategies and performance updates to senior leadership

Qualifications
