Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years quality, manufacturing, engineering, project or supply chain experience)
  • Be a current GE Aerospace CTH or currently be on a TTP with the goal of reaching a Senior Engineer Controlled title.

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience in DFMEA or design assessments
  • Experience authoring or approving drawings and CIDs
  • Experience working in FLIGHT DECK
  • Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems (EXCEL, LeanKit)
  • Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker
  • Fluent in engineering drawings and specifications, engine systems and configuration as well as shop practices
  • Experienced with AS9100 and the GE Aerospace Quality System including supplier processes and procedures
  • Strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative
  • Analytical-minded, challenges existing processes and creates new solutions, critical thinker
  • Comfortable working across all levels of the organization
  • Works collaboratively across organizations with an ability to influence others
  • Proven analytical and organizational ability
  • Demonstrated ability to create project plan strategy and execute milestones
