The Bilingual Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs and improve the family/caregivers’ ability to provide effective support for the clients successful functioning in the home and community.

Summer Fun Fridays at Northeast Family Services! 
We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine! 

Qualifications:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field: Required 

  • Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese-Required
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) 

  • Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car  

  •  Access to secured high speed internet required.

Compensation:  

  • Full-time Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 
    Incentive Rate: $40 / hour over productivity! 

  • Fee for Service Rate: $25 - $40 / hour
