Leads daily operations of CBHI programs, including in-home behavioral therapy, in-home therapy, and therapeutic mentoring. Supervises staff, guides treatment development and methodologies, and ensures effective implementation of client programming. Requires an independently licensed Massachusetts clinician with behavioral-disorder and CBHI experience, supervisory background, strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and reliable transportation.

The Assistant Program Director partners with the Program Director to lead daily client care program operations, support compliance with state and federal guidelines, supervise service delivery, and provide leadership to mental health programs serving children, adults, and families. The role requires an active Massachusetts clinical license, direct treatment experience, training experience, and proficiency in case management and quality practices.

Provides in-home therapeutic support to children and families under licensed clinician supervision. Implements treatment plans, addresses behavioral needs, supports caregivers, and helps clients function successfully at home and in the community. Requires a human services bachelor’s degree, relevant experience with behavioral or autism spectrum disorders, a driver’s license, reliable transportation, and secure internet access.

Provides therapeutic mentoring and positive role modeling to children and youth with behavioral, emotional, social, and developmental challenges. Helps clients build social skills, behavioral control, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and positive interaction skills. Supports children in practicing these skills at home, in the community, and in other settings. The role requires collaboration with families and working across varied environments.

Provide positive role modeling and therapeutic mentoring to children and youth with behavioral or emotional challenges. Teach and reinforce social, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills in homes, schools, and community settings. Travel to client locations, collaborate with families and care teams, and support skill generalization into daily life.

Deliver services at client locations (homes, after-school programs, community centers) and collaborate with families and care teams to reinforce positive, age-appropriate behaviors.

The Assistant Program Director supports the Program Director in leading daily operations for client care programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines. Candidates must hold an independent Massachusetts LICSW or LMHC license, have relevant clinical experience with children, youth, and families, and be able to commute to an office location.
