The Therapeutic Training and Support Worker will implement treatment plans under supervision, supporting clients and families with behavioral needs. This role offers a flexible work schedule and contributions to clients' in-home therapy goals.

Manage new-hire onboarding, maintain HRIS records, coordinate document control and orientations, support employee relations, conduct exit interviews, organize training, report issues to leadership, and participate in HR programs to improve retention.
