Lead and manage daily operations of the CBHI in-home behavioral therapy, in-home therapy, and therapeutic mentoring programs. Provide clinical leadership, staff supervision, treatment development, methodology guidance, implementation oversight, and ensure program fidelity and quality of care.

The Therapeutic Training and Support Worker will assist in implementing treatment plans for children with behavioral needs, aiding family support and therapy goals.

Provide one-to-one therapeutic mentoring to children and youth with behavioral or developmental challenges, model positive social and problem-solving skills, and support practice of new behaviors in home and community settings. Deliver services across locations (home, schools, community centers) and support families to integrate skills into daily life.
