  • Serve as the primary BDC point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers throughout the Worcester region
  • Qualify customers by understanding their credit situation, vehicle needs, and timeline
  • Set and confirm showroom appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up with unsold or uncontacted leads according to BDC processes and cadences

  • Maintain professionalism and empathy when working with customers in challenging financial situations
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing coaching

What We're Looking For
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English — written and verbal —
  • Strong verbal communication skills; confident and comfortable on the phone in both languages
  • Positive, resilient attitude with the ability to handle objections gracefully
  • High level of empathy and professionalism when working with customers who may have credit challenges
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior BDC, call center, sales, or customer service experience preferred
  • Automotive industry experience a plus but not required — we will train the right candidate
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus (DriveCentric experience a bonus)
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly base pay plus performance bonuses
  • Paid time off: 2 weeks after 90 days of employment
  • Paid training and ongoing development
  • Clear path for growth within the BDC and across Harr Auto Group
  • Supportive, inclusive team environment with engaged leadership
