Role Overview:
Quantiphi is seeking a BI Analyst (HRIS) to design, develop, and manage business intelligence solutions that enhance the accuracy, visibility, and impact of workforce analytics. This individual will collaborate closely with HR and IT teams to ensure data integrity across HR systems and provide actionable insights to drive strategic HR decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in HR analytics, strong technical proficiency with BI and data tools, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain HR analytics dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
Work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across HR systems.
Extract, transform, and analyze data from Snowflake and other enterprise data sources.
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders based on workforce analytics.
Automate data workflows and reporting processes using Python or R.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track KPIs and HR metrics for reporting and performance monitoring.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a BI Analyst or Data Analyst, preferably in HR analytics or HRIS environments.
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Strong programming skills in Python or R (mandatory).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Other Qualifications:
Experience working with HR data models and workforce planning analytics.
Knowledge of HR process automation and data integration best practices.
Familiarity with cloud data architectures and BI reporting in enterprise environments.
