The organization has the operational infrastructure to support significant commercial accounts, allowing this individual to concentrate on what they do best: developing relationships, winning business, and generating revenue.

Candidates with strong relationships in commercial property management, multifamily, healthcare, insurance claims, independent adjusting, or third-party administration are encouraged to apply.

This is an individual-contributor sales position, not a traditional sales management role. Success is measured by new business generated, account development, and revenue production rather than team supervision or sales training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, negotiate, and secure national and regional commercial accounts that generate recurring restoration and disaster recovery opportunities.

  • Leverage existing relationships with commercial property owners, property management groups, insurance professionals, independent adjusters, third-party administrators, and other key decision-makers.

  • Develop new business across commercial water mitigation, fire restoration, reconstruction, contents restoration, and large-loss services.

  • Build and maintain relationships with organizations managing multiple properties, facilities, or commercial Real Estate programs.

  • Establish and execute a strategic business development plan targeting high-value commercial accounts.

  • Develop a consistent pipeline of qualified commercial opportunities with measurable revenue potential.

  • Negotiate commercial account agreements and coordinate account transitions with internal operations teams.

  • Work with dedicated operational support personnel to ensure client expectations are communicated and service delivery is coordinated.

  • Maintain accountability for business development activities, pipeline progression, revenue generation, and account growth.

  • Participate in industry conferences, strategic client meetings, and networking opportunities when they support measurable business development objectives.

  • Represent the organization professionally while maintaining the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and client service.

Candidate Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated history of personally generating significant commercial business revenue.

  • Established professional relationships with commercial decision-makers, referral partners, or organizations capable of producing substantial restoration opportunities.

  • Proven ability to convert professional relationships into measurable business opportunities and revenue.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to independently identify and close new business.

  • Strong understanding of commercial business operations, account development, and client relationship management.

  • Ability to communicate historical revenue production and explain personal contributions to business growth.

  • High level of personal integrity, accountability, professionalism, and self-motivation.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, results-driven sales environment.

  • Willingness to travel approximately 10–20% as business needs require.

Preferred Professional Backgrounds

Successful candidates may come from one or more of the following industries:

  • Healthcare & Institutional Facilities: Business development or facilities leadership with established connections to multi-location commercial organizations.

Candidates do not need an extensive restoration background if they possess a strong commercial network and can demonstrate the ability to generate new business.
