B2B Outbound Sales Partner (Lead Generation) – United States (Remote)

Tridge, a global agri-food data intelligence platform, is seeking proactive outbound sales partners in the United States to drive qualified business opportunities across global markets.
This role involves initiating first contact with potential clients through structured outbound outreach, with the main objective of generating qualified meetings for our sales team.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound cold calls and cold emails using the provided prospect list
Introduce Tridge’s solution and generate qualified sales meeting opportunities (Lead Generation)
Record outreach history and update prospect data in the system
Comfortable with phone-based communication and speaking with new people
Clear, trustworthy, and engaging communication style
Strong ability to understand the other party’s intent and adapt conversations flexibly
- Proficient in business English, both written and spoken
(Experience in outbound sales, telesales, insurance, financial products, or education services is a plus)
Contract Type: 3-month part-time contract (extension possible based on performance)
Working Hours: 3–5 days per week, 4–5 hours per day (schedule adjustable)
Base Pay: USD 10–15 per hour
Incentive: USD 100 per qualified meeting successfully arranged
No field sales or customer complaint handling required
Prospect database, detailed scripts, and manuals provided
Structured internal support from the Tridge team
Remote (based in the United States)
