As a B2B Marketing & Campaign Specialist, you will support the execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives, content creation, and campaign performance tracking. This role is perfect for a highly organized self-starter looking to gain hands-on experience in B2B growth marketing through digital campaigns, content marketing, and email strategies.

  • Responsible for creating a content calendar, developing and publishing LinkedIn content to support B2B member acquisition and engagement goals.
  • Grow and monitor LI engagement and grow follower base. 
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather assets and ensure timely execution.
  • Research, coordinate and organize trade shows. 
  • Create email content for monthly product and quarterly member promotions.
  • Creation of marketing collaterals including landing pages (SF), emails (SFE), one-pagers, and case studies using Canva or Adobe suite.
  • Create MQL for sales to action through digital, social and campaign engagement.
  • Monitor and communicate campaign performance metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions) Salesforce Experience weekly/monthly.
  • Conduct competitive research to support campaign strategy development.
  • Help implement and promote B2B membership programs and incentives.
  • Stay updated on B2B marketing trends and present new tactics for testing.
  • Support pilots for member segmentation, tools, and campaign types.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with email platforms (Pardot), content scheduling tools (Monday), and campaign management basics.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $56,500.00 - $72,000.00
