Job Overview:

The AVP, Growth and Advisor Enablement supports the advancement and adoption of LPL’s annuity and insurance product lines by executing targeted growth and engagement strategies. This role focuses on translating product capabilities into practical, advisor-ready solutions and programs that improve awareness, usability, and incorporation into advisor practices.

Working in close partnership with internal stakeholders, distribution teams, and strategic partners, this position contributes to the development and implementation of initiatives that enhance advisor experience and drive increased utilization of annuity and insurance solutions. The AVP plays a key role in delivering measurable outcomes through campaigns, training, and feedback-driven enhancements, while helping to inform broader strategy through insights and analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support initiatives to increase adoption and utilization of annuity and insurance products across the LPL advisor base
  • Execute programs that enhance advisor experience with tools, platforms, and solutions supporting annuity and insurance offerings Develop and deliver advisor engagement efforts, including campaigns, training, and events, and track performance against defined metrics
  • Contribute to a data-driven feedback loop by gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing advisor insights to inform continuous improvement
  • Partner with senior leadership to support growth and profitability objectives for annuity and insurance product lines

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or related.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in wealth management, annuities, insurance, or advisor-facing strategy roles.
  • FINRA licenses 6 and 63 or willing to obtain.

Core Competencies:

  • Experience supporting go-to-market execution, advisor engagement, or product enablement initiatives
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex product capabilities into actionable guidance for advisors
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners (e.g., carriers, asset managers)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence cross-functional partners

Preferences:

  • CFP, CFA, or MBA.
  • Series 7, 24, or 66.

 

Pay Range:

$109,283.00 - $182,104.00
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
