In partnership with our Medtech client, we are building a team of Associate Territory Representatives.  This role is an entry point into medical device sales for a proven, high-energy B2B sales professional ready to build a career in healthcare. This is a pure hunter role. You will spend your days in the field calling on outpatient urology, urogynecology, and other associated outpatient clinics, building relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinic staff, and driving prescriptions of intermittent catheters and Urinary Management Systems.

You will not inherit a book of business. You will build one. Success in this role comes from disciplined prospecting, high call volume, strong clinical messaging (we will teach you the clinical side), and the persistence to turn a first conversation into a prescribing relationship. Associate Territory Representatives who perform have a clear path to full Territory Manager roles and beyond.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography
  • Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products
  • Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts
  • Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM
  • Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets
  • Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly

Who We're Looking For

You don't need medical or clinical experience. You need a track record of winning in a professional, metrics-driven sales environment and the drive to outwork the competition.

  • Required: Bachelor's degree
  • Required: Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory

Strongly preferred:

Experience at companies known for world-class sales training and development — such as ADP, Enterprise, Cintas, Paychex, Xerox, or similar

Highly preferred 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated record of quota achievement

  • Hunter mentality: comfortable with cold outreach, gatekeepers, and long sales cycles
  • Coachable, competitive, and accountable — you own your numbers and own your results
  • Strong verbal communication and the professional presence to earn credibility with physicians

Compensation & Benefits

  • $100,000+ total compensation, at sales goal target
  • Uncapped bonus potential to earn beyond $100K with top performance
  • $750 per month car allowance + gas card
  • Comprehensive healthcare and other employee benefits
  • A strong entry point into the medical sales industry

Why This Role

Medical device sales is one of the most competitive and rewarding career paths in sales, and most companies require prior industry experience to get in. This role is the exception: we hire for sales DNA and train the rest. If you have built your foundation at a company with a demanding, professional sales culture and you are ready to bet on yourself in healthcare, this is your entry point.
