Position Overview

NeoXam is seeking a motivated and ambitious Associate/Senior Sales Executive to help accelerate growth throughout North America.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, North America, this role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with financial institutions, managing sales cycles, and contributing to overall revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional looking to advance their career within a growing global fintech organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong business development skills with a consultative sales approach and a passion for financial technology.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Prospecting

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within banks, asset managers, wealth managers, hedge funds, and other financial institutions

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities

  • Research target accounts and key decision-makers

Sales Execution

  • Conduct discovery meetings and identify client business challenges

  • Present NeoXam’s solutions and value proposition to prospective clients

  • Coordinate product demonstrations with pre-sales and subject matter experts

  • Manage opportunities through the sales cycle from qualification to contract execution

  • Participate in RFI and RFP responses

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within Salesforce

Relationship Management

  • Develop trusted relationships with prospects and clients

  • Support account expansion and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers

  • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings

  • Represent NeoXam professionally in all client interactions

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, pre-sales, and product teams

  • Share market intelligence and competitive insights

  • Contribute to the continued growth of NeoXam’s North American business

Skills & Qualifications

Required

  • 3–8 years of enterprise software sales, business development, or financial technology sales experience

  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and close new business opportunities

  • Experience selling into financial services organizations or related industries

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce

Preferred

  • Experience selling financial technology, investment operations, data management, reconciliation, regulatory, or capital markets solutions

  • Existing relationships within financial services organizations

  • Understanding of investment operations, market data, asset management, or banking workflows

  • Experience participating in complex enterprise sales cycles
