We are seeking an Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our team, reporting to the Product Marketing Manager for our SaaS solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the marketing strategy for our SaaS products and supporting our Lendio Marketplace for various teams to understand our customers' needs and help define our product messaging and go-to-market strategies.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Understanding our customers: Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and data to inform product decisions and ensure our offerings meet the needs of all small businesses, regardless of audience segment.

  • Go-to-market execution: Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new products and features for both B2B and B2C segments. This includes collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.

  • Messaging and positioning: Help craft clear and compelling messaging and positioning for our products to ensure they resonate with our target audiences, with a focus on understanding how our B2B and B2C efforts support our overall business flywheel.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure our brand positioning and product value propositions are consistent across all customer touchpoints.

  • Competitive insights: Assist in analyzing the competitive landscape and communicate key findings to the team.

  • Client support: Act as PMM representative for clients on our Embedded Marketplace, ensuring they have a successful GTM and can implement ongoing optimizations.

  • Sales and customer support enablement: Help create materials and resources that enable our sales and customer experience teams to effectively communicate our product's value.
     

What you'll need to succeed:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, with some exposure to product marketing, preferably in a SaaS or financial services environment.

  • A strong desire to learn and grow in the product marketing field.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

  • The ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay Range:

$75,000
