Job Summary:

The Associate Manager of Marketing will support the Director, Marketing (DAXXIFY) to support brand initiatives in the highly competitive and fast-paced aesthetics space. This role will help ensure key elements of the marketing mix are properly planned and executed. This includes, but is not limited to, developing and implementing marketing initiatives, working closely with the field to ensure effectiveness in managing agency partners, collaborating with MLR partners, and working across functions to ensure alignment and collaboration.

    Director, Marketing - DAXXIFY

Location:    Remote

Salary Range:    $80,000 - 85,000 + annual performance bonus


Responsibilities/Essential Duties:

  • Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Associate Marketing Manager will develop and manage the execution of professional marketing plans to deliver differentiated value to our customers to help meet company goals.
  • Support and manage processes and frameworks for the Aesthetics portfolio marketing team.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external parties to ensure the success of all initiatives and programs.
  • Lead projects and coordinate with cross-functional team members for alignment.
  • Develop and execute of downstream marketing initiatives, including brand campaigns and the creation of marketing kits, collateral, materials and other assets.
  • Work directly with Director, Marketing - DAXXIFY to complete and implement brand plan and key initiatives.
  • Participate in market research and lead analytics to understand program effectiveness.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies, including DTC campaigns: paid media, organic search and social, PR, activations, and nurturing/lifecycle communication plans.
  • Organize and distribute weekly internal communications for the marketing department.
  • Manage collateral through MLR process, including annotations.
  • Manage scopes of work, contracts, POs and budgets.
  • Manage the sampling and replenishment programs.
  • Travel up to 15%, if not based in Nashville, TN.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS).
  • 5+ years’ professional, agency and/or consumer marketing (and/or sales) experience.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders (internal and external), as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills and an ability to complete projects with limited supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to craft communication to specific audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and strategic thinker.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while ensuring quality.
  • Proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing agency partners and coordinating workstreams to ensure strategic imperatives are met.
  • Experience managing budgets for all marketing activities responsible for, and experience working with contracts and scopes of work for brand initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising.
  • Pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, or aesthetics experience.
  • Experience with promotional review process.
  • Experience with Veeva and Allego.
