THE·TEAM is looking for a motivated Associate Manager to join our Next Gen Insights & Analytics team. 


This position is part of THE·TEAM’s Next Gen department that creates marketing programs to connect brands with the next generation of consumers - from Gen Alpha to Gen Z and Millennials, and from high school through college and young adulthood. The Next Gen Insights & Analytics team shares this audience-focused perspective to advance our Next Gen consumer expertise. 


The candidate should be analytically minded and possess the knowledge or have a willingness to learn how to conduct primary consumer research (quantitative and qualitative). We look for those fueled by innate intellectual curiosity with unshakable accountability and a team-first attitude. 


On the Next Gen Insights & Analytics team, the Associate Manager will integrate multiple data sources to build audience understandings and associated strategies, while also executing rigorous measurement protocols to assess program performance.


What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the day-to-day execution of multiple research projects to inform activation strategies, shape recommendations, and optimize performance 
  • Leverage syndicated and proprietary research tools to identify and extract consumer insight and program performance data 
  • Support the development of actionable, insight-driven narratives and solutions by synthesizing and analyzing data from multiple sources
  • Support a wide range of business development efforts, including the creation of new client pitches and responses to RFPs 
  • Monitor the Next Gen consumer engagement landscape to keep internal stakeholders abreast of key trends and developments  
  • Work collaboratively with team members to develop and craft internal and client deliverables, such as presentations, reporting tools, and supporting materials 
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with internal stakeholders 
  • Comply with work plans and overall project logistics to help ensure delivery of high-quality work on time and on budget  

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree 
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, research, or analytics-based role 
  • Experience translating quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and recommendations to tell a compelling story, or a desire to learn
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills particularly required for PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and self-manage to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills  
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a rapport with colleagues and stakeholders alike  
  • High level of attention to detail and highly organized  
  • Ability to think creatively in a team environment, be flexible, and react calmly under stressful circumstances  
  • Understanding of or experience working with research tools and applications, including but not limited to syndicated (e.g., Scarborough, GWI), visualization (Tableau), and data management and analysis (e.g., Qualtrics, Q) platforms, a plus

Office Policy: Hybrid environment - 3 days in office

Role Type: Full- Time (fixed term) Employment


This is a fixed-term role currently approved through December 31, 2026, with a strong likelihood of extension beyond that date based on business needs and performance.


Base salary range: $50,000-$55,000


Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
