IQVIA’s AI & Technology Solutions (ATS) organization is establishing a dedicated Sales Enablement function to accelerate growth, improve go-to-market effectiveness, and enable a more integrated, value-led commercial story across its technology portfolio.

The Associate Director of Sales Enablement will build and lead this function from the ground up. This leader will sit at the intersection of Product Management, Marketing, and Sales, translating complex product capabilities into clear business value, repeatable sales motions, and high-impact enablement assets. This role is critical to enabling a unified, value-led commercial story for AI & Technology Solutions, improving sales effectiveness, and accelerating growth across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute the ATS Sales Enablement strategy aligned with growth priorities.
  • Build, lead, and develop a Sales Enablement team.
  • Establish governance and lifecycle management for enablement assets.
  • Partner with ATS Sales Leadership on productivity and capability gaps.

Product-to-Value Translation

  • Translate product features and roadmaps into customer-centric value propositions.
  • Ensure enablement focuses on business outcomes and use cases.
  • Support major launches and portfolio evolution narratives.

Enablement Content & Assets

  • Customer segmentation frameworks.
  • Value propositions and pricing narratives.
  • Pitch decks and executive presentations.
  • Case studies and proof points.
  • Thought leadership decks and sales plays.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the enablement interface between Sales, Product, Marketing, Pricing, and RevOps.
  • Leverage enterprise IQVIA enablement platforms while tailoring to ATS needs.
  • Coordinate with other IQVIA enablement teams for alignment and reuse.

Measurement & Impact

  • Define and track enablement KPIs such as adoption and readiness.
  • Continuously refine materials based on feedback and insights.
  • Demonstrate business impact on pipeline quality and sales effectiveness.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 10+ years in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Consulting, or related roles.
  • Proven experience building or scaling enablement functions.
  • Strong technology fluency and value-based storytelling skills.
  • Experience partnering with Product Management and Sales leadership.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or enterprise technology.
  • Experience in global or matrixed organizations.
  • Familiarity with CRM, sales enablement, and learning platforms.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $85,900.00 - $239,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
