About This Role

The Associate Director, Omnichannel & Advanced Analytics Technology – Stakeholder Success Lead (SSL) will partner with the Head of Omnichannel to co-lead the creation, refinement, and execution of Biogen’s Omnichannel & Advanced Analytics Technology roadmap.

This is not a start-from-scratch role. Biogen has an established marketing technology stack and advanced analytics capabilities in place. Your focus will be on ensuring stakeholders are equipped to succeed with these systems by aligning solutions with business strategies, evolving needs, and cross-functional priorities.

As a Stakeholder Success Lead, you will go beyond simply escalating issues—you will take an active role in problem-solving, ensuring stakeholders can fully leverage MarTech platforms and advanced analytics to achieve their goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Roadmap Co-Leadership
    • Partner with the Head of Omnichannel to co-own the Omnichannel & Advanced Analytics Technology roadmap.
    • Continuously refine priorities to align with evolving commercial, HCP, and patient engagement strategies.
  • Stakeholder Success
    • Serve as the primary IT partner for Omnichannel and Analytics stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and translated into actionable solutions.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance HCP and patient engagement through data, automation, and insights.
  • Marketing Technology & Advanced Analytics Enablement
    • Maximize value from Biogen’s existing MarTech stack and analytics platforms.
    • Enable use cases such as lead management, marketing campaign, segmentation, attribution, predictive modeling, and identity resolution.
    • Support integration of AI/ML-driven insights into campaign orchestration and omnichannel engagement strategies.
  • Collaboration & Problem-Solving
    • Work across IT, Data & Analytics, Legal, Compliance, and Privacy teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.
    • Actively help solve problems rather than serving only as a point of escalation.
  • Innovation & Best Practices
    • Stay ahead of trends in omnichannel engagement, MarTech, and analytics.
    • Champion advanced analytics use cases that improve decision-making, personalization, and the customer/patient journey.

Who You Are

You are a strategic enabler and problem-solver who thrives on helping stakeholders succeed. You bring deep experience in both MarTech platforms and advanced analytics, with a proven ability to translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions. You are equally comfortable shaping strategy, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring execution.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Data Science, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, CRM, or Advanced Analytics enablement.
  • Proven expertise in omnichannel and analytics capabilities, such as lead management, segmentation, attribution, predictive modeling, and identity resolution (e.g., LiveRamp).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems collaboratively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for patient and HCP engagement.
  • Experience operationalizing AI/ML models into omnichannel and analytics use cases.
