We are seeking a hands-on product marketer with deep health professions expertise to lead marketing for CORE by PeopleGrove, our product suite for nursing, education, physical therapy, occupational therapy, osteopathic medicine, physician assistant, and pharmacy programs. In this role, you will own how CORE is positioned, launched, proven, and promoted across our Experiential Learning Management System (ELMS) and Competency Management System (CompMS).

You will be the CORE product and market expert on the marketing team, translating program needs, accreditation standards, and product capabilities into messaging that resonates. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product, you’ll build the sales tools, customer stories, webinars, email nurtures, and ad copy that power our demand generation engine and generate pipeline.

If you know the world of health professions education, love creating content and enablement that moves buyers, and want to see your work directly drive pipeline, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

    Product Positioning & Go-to-Market
  • Develop and refine CORE by PeopleGrove positioning and messaging for each program type, including nursing, education, PT, OT, osteopathic medicine, PA, and pharmacy.
  • Lead go-to-market for ELMS and CompMS launches and releases, from messaging through sales readiness.
  • Map product features to accreditation and program standards so buyers see how CORE supports compliance.
  • Gather competitive intelligence from Gong calls and the market, and turn it into battlecards and win/loss insights.

Sales Enablement

  • Build and maintain sales decks, demo narratives, one-pagers, and ROI stories.
  • Train Sales and SDRs on positioning, competitors, and program-specific talk tracks.
  • Own the Deal Acceleration agent content so it reflects current messaging and proof points.

Customer Proof & Advocacy

  • Produce case studies that show measurable outcomes for health professions and education programs.
  • Run customer interviews and develop quotes and video stories for use across campaigns, sales, and events.
  • Host webinars featuring customers and subject-matter experts, and manage a webinar to pipeline agent so engagement converts into qualified pipeline.
  • Source customer speakers for webinars, conferences, and other programs.
  • Partner with Customer Success on expansion, cross-sell, and upsell campaigns for existing CORE customers.

Demand Generation & Programs

  • Write and optimize email nurture programs and takeaway campaigns for prospects in each program segment.
  • Write digital ad copy and landing page content for ELMS and CompMS campaigns.
  • Plan trade show presence at health professions and education conferences, including booth content and speaking sessions.
  • Produce program specific newsletters for customers and prospects.
  • Develop program-specific content, such as guides, blog posts, and checklists, that attracts and educates each audience.

Performance & Collaboration

  • Measure the impact of your work on marketing-sourced pipeline, conversion rates, and competitive win rates.
  • Bring customer and market insights back to Product and Sales to inform roadmap and strategy.
  • Work across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and the broader Marketing team to keep launches, campaigns, and events aligned.

What We’re Looking For

    Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, a health professions field, or related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or EdTech.
  • Working knowledge of health professions or education programs and how they manage clinical placements, experiential learning, competencies, and accreditation.
  • Proven track record of taking products to market, from positioning and messaging through launch and sales enablement.
  • Strong writing skills across formats, including sales decks, case studies, email nurtures, ad copy, and webinar content.
  • Experience building demand generation programs and tying your work to pipeline.
  • Comfort presenting to customers, hosting webinars, and training sales teams.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a remote environment.
  • Travel to trade shows and conferences (25% annually).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to higher education, especially schools of nursing, allied health, pharmacy, or medicine.
  • Familiarity with accreditation bodies and standards for health professions programs.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Gong.
  • Experience using AI tools or agents in marketing and sales workflows.
  • Background as a clinician, educator, or program administrator in a health professions field.
