Job Title: Associate Director, Marketing Activation and Innovation

About the Job:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate Director, Marketing Activation and Innovation to lead the end-to-end digital marketing strategy for Cablivi. Cablivi is the first and only approved treatment for TTP, an acute and life-threatening blood disorder, and it is changing the landscape of aTTP treatment. Launched in 2019, it has amassed €500M in cumulative sales while being nimble and innovative with a full health system focused go-to-market model. This is an exciting time to join this franchise as it prepares to drive ‘Phase 3’ of its growth cycle. This position is based in Cambridge, MA and will report into the Director of Marketing, US Brand Lead and will lead a talent-dense team of marketers.

Main Responsibilities:
Familiarity with brand strengths, opportunities, competitive challenges, and key attributes of the brand lifecycle to support the execution of digital engagement activities to drive desired behavior change.
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy for Cablivi for both HCP (Healthcare Professionals) and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) audiences.
Own and execute all digital marketing activities and tactics, including websites, CRM, paid media, SEO/SEM, and HCP specific education platforms
Lead the creation of marketing materials and digital content, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, compliance, and audience needs
Build and optimize a robust digital ecosystem to support omnichannel engagement
Constant focus on enabling the best customer experience in every interaction
Drive insight generation through strong data analysis, customer feedback, and market research to inform strategy and content development.
Enhance programmatic media buying and audience targeting by optimizing digital budgets based on performance data, ROI, and strategic priorities.
Familiar with actionable digital measurement plans, selecting KPIs and setting goals, targets and measurement milestones that directly relate to business objectives.
Partner with digital and media agencies to execute campaigns and ensure best-in-class digital execution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, medical, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.
Act as the key point person for high-profile Sanofi digital initiatives (e.g. Digital Accelerator) & pilots
Explore and implement Generative AI tools for content creation and personalization at scale.
About You:
3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
Self-starter, proactive in nature with strong communication and presentation skills
Strategic digital planning and execution
Proven track record in developing and executing digital strategies
In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, trends and innovations and strong understanding of how to interpret digital marketing insights
Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, KPIs, ROI analysis, and budget optimization
Deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Experience with platforms such as Office, Veeva, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical marketing preferred
Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination experience preferred.

The salary range for this position is:
$147,000.00 - $212,333.33All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
