How You'll Make an Impact
- Support analysis of customer interaction, operational and transactional data to identify trends, customer pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with AI and NLP-enabled analysis of customer interactions, including text classification, clustering, semantic analysis and other emerging analytical techniques.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and business partners to develop and maintain customer interaction categories, business rules, data definitions and analytical methodologies.
- Integrate data from multiple sources under general supervision to fulfill business needs.
- Conduct data quality checks and validate analytical and AI-generated outputs through data reviews, sampling and reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards and end-user data resources.
- Document analytical processes, data definitions, assumptions and methodologies to support consistency and repeatability.

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience

- 0-2 years of data analysis and reporting or related experience
